      Some overtime if the company allows it

      Inconvénients

      always gone, they don't really care about their employees, they hire employees who are outright lazy and will push the work onto the next shift all the time.

      Avantages

      Employees are friendly and there is an open line of communication at all levels. Travel is reasonable and per diem while traveling is fair. If time off is needed, they will work with you and they keep hours fair. Everything needed for the job is supplied and company trucks keep the wear and tear off your own vehicle. Everyone gets along for the most part and you make some great friendships in the process.

      Inconvénients

      Insurance is pricey, but if had to be used, the insurance is good. No 401k which is unfortunate.
