Avantages
The CEO is very involved and loves a participatory attitude. If you have an idea, pop into his office and expect him to listen. Very rare.
Inconvénients
Everyone wants to work here so it can be hard for people to get their foot in the door without some wait. I guess that's actually s good sign though :)
