Avantages
Since my first day here, I have felt like I was part of a team. I love the culture and atmosphere and wake up happy to go to work (almost) every day. I feel supported by management and am comfortable voicing any issues and concerns with them at any time. We have weekly meetings with managers and executive team is present daily, modeling the expectations of employees. Leadership sets very high goals for team members and even though some may not always be attainable, they work with you to capitalize on your strengths and improve on your weaknesses to help you move closer to your goals. Change is constant here so we are always learning and evolving, which keeps you from ever being "bored." Reading some of the older, negative reviews (which I take with a grain of salt) I honestly cannot understand how some people could feel so negative about this company. I know that at the end of the day, I am supported personally and professionally and my manager works with me to ensure I am gaining the skills needed to move to the next level. I always feel appreciated for the work I contribute and know that I will be held accountable for my work and actions.
Inconvénients
They are not afraid to let employees go if they are not cutting it. Where you could see this as a con, I appreciate that everyone has to pull their own weight. If you do not like being held accountable and cannot handle a fast-paced environment, this is NOT the place for you.
