Poor management on the higher level, no direction, just sell sell sell, pre authorization is a nightmare good luck getting commission or a promotion for that matter. No direction just find physicians and try to set in services. Weekly pointless meetings in the middle of the day. Expensing is a joke, little to no marketing material. The list could go on and on. Beware of the “dream” and timeline they will try to sell you on its all smoke and mirrors.
