      The company is great, they really have a close knit family like atmosphere that makes it great to work here.

      Excellent place to work, good guys to work with

      Needs better pay scale for the type of work preformed there. High quality work pay needs to be comparable to others in the same field.

      Avantages

      Everyone at Bi Con is very nice and family oriented. Insurance is included and company helps with 401K. Everyone is like family there

      Inconvénients

      Though everyone is like family this is for all upper management. As company grows there is less and less respect for the new younger employees.
