Avantages
I love my job! I really like how the focus is primarily on helping the kids. Though there are business needs etc, the client's needs always stay the number one priority. They really try to work with the families schedules and get the therapists anything that they may need to give the kids the best help possible. Though the company has grown a lot lately, it still maintains the small business/family feel. The owner really makes the employees feel appreciated and is always doing little things to make us feel important. They provide hands on training as well as offer additional online training to make you feel more knowledgeable with ABA techniques, more confident as a therapist and earn continuing education hours.
Inconvénients
The company is still growing and does not yet offer medical insurance benefits. However, if you are full- time, they do offer other benefits (paid time off, paid holidays, CEU reimbursement etc.)
