      Great co-workers, good benefits/ vacation policy, nice facility,

      Inconvénients

      High turnover within HR Services, inexperienced leadership, frustrating systems, micro-management, ethics/morals of management are very questionable. HR does not adhere to promoting from within. Management through inducing fear.

      Avantages

      Bayer sounds great - "health for all, hunger for none". and "dynamic shared ownership". There are some truly amazing people working at Bayer.

      Inconvénients

      But it's "health for all, hunger for none" and "dynamic shared ownership" are bogus. So many people who embraced DSO were let go for voicing their opinions. The toxic leaders made the decisions, and the organization was not truly ready for Bill Anderson's call to action. It's profits first, not people. I believed - but it saddens me to write that I was wrong.
