      Good pay, stock options, 401K match, good employees overall

      Inconvénients

      Long hours, paperwork, pushes social movements constantly, location is in the middle of nowhere

      Great place to work. Overall truly enjoyed my time at Baxter.

      Avantages

      Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

      Inconvénients

      They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
