      Avantages

      Baxter has a well-structured onboarding process. Communication before joining was clear.Expectations were clear, and the support from HR and the team made a big difference. Overall,it made the transition into the role smooth and positive.

      Avantages

      Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

      Inconvénients

      They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
