      Avantages

      Avmax écoute et met en œuvre les suggestions des employés. Attitude de type familial envers les employés. De nombreuses chances d'avancement et / ou de déménagement en entreprise. Bon ensemble d'avantages. Excellentes opportunités de formation.

      Inconvénients

      Salaires un peu inférieurs à la moyenne à Calgary. Le temps de vacances atteint un maximum de 4 semaines pour 10 ans de service.

      Inconvénients

      This company has Poor work culture, unfriendly people, unwillingness to help a person in need. The company has an Agenda to rid the place of all Black Employees. Abyssal paperwork, unprofessional work environment. Management is a joke. High turnover rate DO NOT TRAVEL TO MONTANA TO JOIN AVMAX, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Go somewhere else this company is a Joke!
