There is virtually no technical exposure; the role largely involves routine data entry, especially within production. The company attempts to present itself as an MNC, yet at its core it operates with a traditional sethia mindset, which is clearly reflected in daily practices. The probation period is 6 months, despite labor laws mandating 3 months—another common but illegal practice.
