Have been working for past 4+ years at Assyst. Got lots of chance and exposure to work with new technologies / international clients. Good training and mentoring team to guide The colleagues and other departments are very co-operative and supportive, especially HR. Had seen gradual improvements in work culture and salary structure. Work from home options and comp off options to balance work life and family life. Lot of added benefits to talk about..
Inconvénients
Not that much as I hear from my friends about other companies. Salary can be further looked into and more near to industry standards Get more overseas client projects. Had been looking into other reviews. I guess, most of the cons mentioned in other posts are not that true. Most of the time, its junior staff who were recruited as freshers and later found not capable to meet the demands and hence get slow career growth. I guess, they post things out of frustration.
