Avantages
It is casual, and doesn't always feel like a big company. People get to dress however they like. You can be gay, straight, or something else. Barrack Obama and Hillary Clinton are definitely likely to be very well received at any Apple campus location.
Inconvénients
It is a big company and at the end of the day you're nobody. A hard core conservative Republican or other similarly conservative types might not feel very at home in a place like this. It is a rainbow of fruit flavors at Apple.
