Avantages
There are many experts in each expertise area. If you are highly motivated, it is the best place to learn something interesting and new mainly by yourself. Atmosphere is like a laboratory in university. Work and evaluation environment is not bad. Project speed is not so fast and you can work with comparatively calm atmosphere. If you want to be a pure engineer, it would be one of the best places.
Inconvénients
Management and sales are poor, which is kind of disorder status. Company is just going thanks to the technology advance. There is no proper evaluation system and no clear strategies.
