There is strong cross-functional collaboration between infrastructure, application, and operations teams, which enhances both technical and communication skills. The company encourages learning new technologies, including cloud platforms and containerized deployments. Working on client-facing production systems helped build confidence in handling high-severity incidents and performing root cause analysis. The team environment is supportive, and knowledge-sharing culture is good.
Inconvénients
Production support roles can involve on-call duties and occasional extended hours during critical incidents. The process-driven environment may sometimes feel structured, but it ensures operational stability.
