      Avantages

      I've really enjoyed working at Amazon as a developer. The engineering culture is strong, and there's plenty of opportunity to learn and grow. I’ve been challenged in meaningful ways, surrounded by smart and driven people. The work-life balance can vary by team, but I’ve had a supportive manager and a collaborative environment. Overall, a great place to build impactful software and grow your career.

      The fast-paced environment can sometimes lead to long hours or shifting priorities, depending on the team and project.

      The food, people, and location where I interned were amazing.

      Inconvénients

      Work seemed to stall many times, with much of my progress not being able to advance past certain points due to waiting on higher ups.

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
