      Avantages

      Not a bad job, good money, good benefits, brand new site all new equipment. Good shift pattern.

      Inconvénients

      Pretty much flat out on night shift, short staffed. Cant have a break in peace.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
