      Avantages

      The facility is completely automated and modern.

      Inconvénients

      EVERYONE Amazon hires are overqualified people to do labour work. And they pay 10%-20% less than any other competitors. They lure you with huge bonus, relocation bonus, promises of "growth and transfer" and trap you for years. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. And the Management is the worst I have ever seen. They never get a single thing passed quickly and deflect every ask for a later date.

      -Before start date very limited, information about AWS(They don't like sharing over the internet. -Fast pace with training and learning.

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
