      Avantages

      There is nothing I could consider positive about working in Amazon. Honestly, stay away.

      Inconvénients

      The worst work conditions I have seen in 45 years. I literally saw people fainting on a daily basis, uneducated managers screaming at highly qualified immigrants. This is probably the best example of Modern Slavery. HONESTLY, STAY AWAY!

      -Before start date very limited, information about AWS(They don't like sharing over the internet. -Fast pace with training and learning.

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
