      growth, growth, growth - growth brings tremendous opportunity to move up if you perform well long term vision - Jeff B makes it clear that short term stock market fluctuations do not matter ability to make a change - if you have a good idea and are persistent, you can change a lot

      Inconvénients

      work life balance, because of growth lot of ambiguity and corresponding stress and long hours. On the whole pretty satisfying experience with good opportunity for growth - but the cost is personal life and work life balance

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
