      Avantages

      They trust you with a lot, allowing you to grow your skills and make an actual impact, even with entry level positions. The company definitely has a direction, and the leadership knows where they're headed Leadership principles are great.

      Inconvénients

      The high expectations mean internal competition is stiff, and they ask a lot. Stock is more carrot than reward - most people don't stay long enough to get their initial stock vest, so don't count on it as compensation.

      I got paid weekly, there was a $2 premium for night shifts.

      The only con was the 2 hour commute to and from work.

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
