      1. Only good aspect is the good pay it offers.

      Inconvénients

      1. Too much politics. Either be good in politics or you cannot survive. 2. Poor leadership. Leaders with zero accountability and skill set who completely relies on people under them to bail them out of their inabilities.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
