Avantages
You learn a lot at Amazon due to high expectations and a fast-paced environment. You are surrounded by very talented engineers, which makes the learning curve very steep. If you can handle the pressure in the beginning, then nothing like Amazon.
Inconvénients
It gets difficult to make time for yourself. You are expected to be available at all times. There is constant pressure to deliver fast, as performance is reviewed every 6 months.
