      Management is a joke here these days. Spineless and everything dictated from above is made to seem as written by god. You get tracked for RTO always and there is constant deadline pressure placed on each and every task. This company has become a complete joke.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
