      Great people, awesome office manager, try to allow flexibility for admins so the job is not tedious.

      Inconvénients

      If your Director or Managing Director is difficult then you are stuck with the stress of it.

      - Experience in solving high stakes business problems that's top of mind for C-suite Executives - Constant exposure to interacting with CXOs - Excellent compensation and benefits - Meaningful ownership and leadership opportunities at junior levels - High caliber peers and coworkers - Supportive leadership team

      Inconvénients

      - Long hours / heavy travel depending on the type of project (consistent with most consulting firms)

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Inconvénients

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
