Once an awesome place to work, the arrival of Novartis has destroyed more than just morale. - Avis employé Engineer Alcon

The sale of the company to Novartis has ruined what was once a great place to be. Full time employee's are vocal about their distaste for the new Alcon, temps and contractors are simply treated like dirt now, overall quality workers from both areas are jumping ship and leaving voluntarily. Both the layoffs and guys simply quitting are both previously unheard of, its sad to see a once productive family environment disgraced by dimwitted strangers.
