Started as a temp- didn't get a raise when hired fulltime Threatened to quit and they finally gave me that raise which is customary when going from temp to fulltime. Second time tried to quit I was pulled aside and made to feel insecure about potential employers in the future. As if my skill set wasn't sought after. -Political arguments are everywhere. Some employees escalate to yelling across the floor. -internal politics between the two groups this company was attempting to become made it impossible to accomplish anything. - had two managers that I was assigned to quit but another manager that I wasn't assigned to would pull me from place to place
