      Smart people, possibility to progress very quickly if desired, quite good money

      Inconvénients

      Long hours which sometimes feel unnecessary, limited visibility of staffing (and majority of projects are chemicals/industrials), some difficult management styles

      - Growing firm (NYC office doubles every ~1.5 years) - Friendly atmosphere / team - Fast career progression (multiple internal promotions to manager, principal, and partner in NYC) - Exciting projects

      Inconvénients

      - none to really highlight to be honest

      - Long hours - Becoming more and more cheap - Limited exit other than in industry opportunities
