      Avantages

      Good core products, now with a clear direction and focus.

      Inconvénients

      Unsupportive senior management, lack of training, no channel focus, lack of resources, poor perceptions in the marketplace. Join at your own peril

      Avantages

      I work remote. Extremely challenging work. But I love it. Great manager (Arvind). Hope to stay a long time. Going on 3 years.

      Inconvénients

      Merit salary increases would be great. But salary was awesome. Nothing else bad.
