Avantages
Excellent professionals and people. Good salary (not amazing but let's say good enough). Great opportunities to work in many different places around the world.
Inconvénients
Career has slowed down quite a bit (I'd say that this is a constant in all companies due to the recession and other more complex reasons). Rate to salary ratio is too big, that puts a lot of pressure in the employees to fulfill the business case asociated to the employee.
