      Disrespectful attitude from the owner (Judy), inconsistent protocols that changed from one day to the next, no handbook to refer to for questions, unethical practices, changes in pay without notice, no communication unless the company has questions, high staff changes,

      Avantages

      Very cool company. Not much micromanagement as long as you’re working. All staff is friendly. Very flexible calling off

      Inconvénients

      Chain of command sucks. Wages suck. Amount of work is stressful
