      Avantages

      Very flexible hour; reasonable direct report

      Inconvénients

      The management is real bad. Cannot make money at all. The Chairman uses his own employees to run his family office at the same time. High turnover. The CFO and CEO have zero ability. Quite sure the CFO would not be able to find another job after this.

      Flexible working hours Don’t really restrict me for most things

      Inconvénients

      Empty promises; lack of resources; office politics CFO acts like a dog to chairman; no advice but only follow instructions CFO also only wants obedient but not practical employees Toxic culture; chairman pretends to be rich
