Avantages
Staff are all friendly (including management) and they accept new ideas on current processes allowing them to implement ideas on how to improve.
Inconvénients
Not much available in terms of career progression. I was allowed to expand upon my role due to existing skills that i had but I never managed to change job title or develop into any other role.
