      Avantages

      Working environment, policy and management support is very good in AIG. Employee treatment is good, and respectful for people who are working in AIG.

      Inconvénients

      As business is growing, have to actively and rapid look to revise SOP or that will add on burden to employee.

      Avantages

      Good compensation structure, bonuses were higher that the industry average. Freedom to be entrepreneurial and do what I thought would work in my territory

      Inconvénients

      Zonal management had a lot of turn over at the time, some not qualified to lead.
