They lack an internal structured approach to developing their workforce which was not what I expected of an organization like this. A lack of file and communications plan, information management, structured statement of work and established training structure with certified trainers to produce consistent, high preforming associates leave this role in a fend for yourself (sink or swim) model. That's not to say your peers don't want you to succeed, they absolutely help in any way they can. However, without a structure to hang your organization on, the turnover here is incredibly high due to burn out.
