Management is TERRIBLE. The Directors (supervisors) are rude, lack much needed training, unprofessional and they try to belittle their staff. They DO NOT train their staff. The office environment sucks because it is loud most of the time. There is no salary increase, they are only willingly to do tuition reimbursement for Sr Staff. The turnover rate is very high. When you come in your cleaning up work from years ago and they send you emails pressuring you to clean up a mess that they had from 2-3 years ago. They do not have company holiday parties and they DO NOT value great employees. They do not meet with staff to for proper supervision and barely have staff meetings. NO support AT ALL.
