      Avantages

      They do great work and listen to the employees. Employee-owned company, get ownership status after 3 years. Great benefits, work-life balance is encouraged.

      Inconvénients

      By far the most expensive company to work with. The overhead is very high and we're only really working with the richest/whitest people around.
