Avantages

Great employees. They have once/month happy hours for the office team and install team to get together to make sure the company culture stays in tact as they continue to grow. Loved the schedule of Mon-Thurs 6-4. Four 10 hour shifts was great to be able to have a personal life outside of work. Company provided gloves, hard hat, and high viz vest for the job. Loved the superintendent, Mike. He's a very good person, well organized, and a straight-shooter. Decent pay. As I understand it the benefits are great for employees that are hired on past the contract. I only rated the "compensation & benefits" section based on compensation, because I was a contract employee.

Inconvénients

Company was very light in tenured employees on the particular job I was hired for. There were more than double the amount of contract employees versus experienced workers. There was limited-to-no training on several aspects of the job where we were left to figure things out for ourselves. The lead Roof Tech was very knowledgeable in what to do, but was definitely stretched too thin and was unable to give ample training to contract employees on various parts of the job.
