ACC is a wonderful company to work for. I joined this company with ZERO experience in ABA. I was fully trained and had amazing support by my team and management. - Constant changes in policy with no notice to adjust - Upper management is very quick to give up on RBT's and not listen to the input of those who work in the clinic numerous hours a week. - Upper management doesn't appreciate the people that keep the company running without RBT's no revenue would come in and it seems like that's all they care about.
