Avantages
One should join 2Coms just to learn recruitment apart from this nothing is good.
Inconvénients
Growth opportunity is very limited. Behavior of the senior management is not at all good. Log In time is fixed but log out time should always be post 7:30PM. It is just like a jail. At the time of interview it was said that Log In time is at 9:30AM and Log Out is at 7:00PM but unfortunately that is never followed. Salary is never given on time.

The HR connections are very poor. No proper updates. No response on requested queries.
No employee satisfaction. They dont respond to emails and phones if we have any query and doubts after joining the company. Poor lack of management.
