A great place to satisfy an appetite for creativity. Putting in the work is a must and you'll get what you put in.
Inconvénients
Parking can be expensive but is no real issue given the money made if you make the day worth your time.

More hands on. Get on the sales floor and coach more. A lof talent that if gone unnurtured will walk out.

I enjoy the people and the type of work, there's opportunity to define processes and lead policies, administration shows employee appreciation, I also enjoy engaging with the individual clients, their level of creativity is remarkable.
Inconvénients
Medical coverage is not offered, the compensation could be more to offset obligations.

Avantages
The manager's (at least mine) had tons of experience and was exceptional at his job. Unfortunately, that job is the only one that makes any money. I believe he was one of few good managers.
Inconvénients
Long hours, commission only, even if you are capping every month (which maybe 4 out of the whole 200+ company do) you're making $3,000/month
