At the time I was working at SolarEdge it was a fast growing company with a strong personality, differentiated technologies and nice atmosphere
Inconvénients
High growth meant a form of chaos that was too much associated with a feature of the company and not as a bug as it should have been some time. Also, no real, global and strong talent management.
