Very helpful and friendly colleagues. Overall a learning experience.

    Inconvénients

2 weeks are too less to explore all the dimensions of PR and Communication.

    Conseils à la direction

Please extend the tenure for interns for them to get a brief idea. This can really help them to decide for their future goals.

    Avantages

Self employment means being able to stipulate working conditions, including location, hours and selection of customers

    Avantages

salt was set up 15 years ago by Richard and Andy who wanted to offer something different to clients vs. other agencies. This 'different offering' was one of the founding principles and remains true today; an ethos that is also born out in how they value their staff.

I have worked at 4 agencies previously and have never encountered such a collaborative environment. The founders are still vested in the business and supportive of your development. They believe in empowering the teams to push the boundaries and strive to become better.

The Become Better philosophy is guided by a behavioural framework; a guide for all employees to understand the expectations from the EMT about how they would like employees to do business. There is also a robust development plan for each member of staff, with regular check-ins with line managers and training to help further the individual.

the agency predominantly handles global clients which may not suit all who want to keep a day-to-day hand in activating/media, but genuinely a great place to work. Having left much less-supportive global agency three years ago, I genuinely felt like an abused dog that had been rehomed to a loving family.

    Would happily recommend this place.

    Inconvénients

With an emphasis on global strategy and comms there is less opportunity to activate than in UK agencies
