      - Management agiert vollkommen disjunkt von technischen Teams. Blindflug. Innovationslos.
      - Unnötige Überstunden (Micromanagement Overhead)
      - Unerfahrenes technisches Personal übernimmt Projektleitung
      - Reines Commodity-Business / Auftragslage
      - Schlecht ausgestattet (Monitore, Tische, Stühle, zu wenig Software Lizenzen)
