As you can read any other comments in here, there is not a single good thing other than compensation and facilities, period.
Inconvénients
- Low quality of people with weak backgrounds mainly from underdeveloped countries - No real work/delivery, people just make meaningless presentations to each other, spend their time in endless meetings by talking the same things again and again and doing bla bla bla - Since there is no real work, your performance depends on your relationship with your manager. If you say no to anything, you will be a low performer and face mobbing - Mobbing is company culture, there is an extreme amount of people go on sick leave and suddenly disappear from the organization - Illegal, unpaid and forced overtime including weekends which is a continuous standard in some departments. You already read what happens if you say no - No personal/career development, no proper professional training opportunity - Basically lack of professionalism all around and there is nothing you can expect from a modern organization
