We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback about your experience at Moneyfarm and we're genuinely sorry to hear that your time with us was not positive. We strive to provide a supportive environment for all our employees, and it's disheartening to learn that we fell short of your expectations in this regard. Moneyfarm has undertaken a number of measures to improve employee satisfaction and retention and our most recent Officevibe score indicates that around 70% of our staff rated their level of happiness as good or very good, 90% of employees felt supported by Moneyfarm especially in regards to work-life balance and flexibility, and 80% of our staff would recommend Moneyfarm as a good place to work. We acknowledge that there is still work to be done but our work culture is definitely far from toxic and it is very disappointing to see such a strong perspective that fails to accurately depict the reality for our audience. Unfortunately, we have to also disagree on your comment on high rotation of employees as this is simply not true. Our attrition rate is below the industry average currently at 7.4%. As you know we have doubled our size in 2022 and the overall number of employees who decided to leave us remains very low. We very much respect your view but we felt it is very important to clarify the points you raised to ensure that we present a perspective that is based on informed understanding to our readers.
