Avantages
Amazing professionals, specifically architects and old staff members. Different working options: remote, hybrid, in-site. Very nice salary, plus there are other allowances for home wifi, meals, transportation, vacations. There are skills set upgrade plans, allowances for international events. Projects are not forever, so developers can work in something different after a year or a couple of years. Also there is an option to change to a different project. Communication with management was excellent (at least in the Serbia branch).
Inconvénients
Most of the clients are US based, so the working time might be out of the normal 9 to 6 time. Client might schedule meetings after local working time finished and end your day at 9-10pm. Client might schedule releases affecting already planned and accepted vacations.

Avantages
Induction en douceur - Le personnel d'intégration a été très serviable et a fourni un excellent soutien pour l'intronisation. Assistance à la réinstallation - La réinstallation a été principalement assurée par Luxoft et, là encore, le personnel a été utile en vous fournissant des pairs que vous pouvez contacter. Environnement - Cela dépend du client ainsi que des collègues de Luxoft. Mais dans mon cas, j'ai eu d'excellents collègues et un beau projet avec un excellent client. Forfait - Le forfait était conforme aux normes du marché.
Inconvénients
Soulagement - Vous serez licencié dès que le projet client sera terminé. L'équipe interne essaiera de trouver des projets pour vous, mais vous noterez rarement un projet. Il n'y a pas assez d'entretiens. Aucune politique claire - Vous ne serez pas informé de la politique de bemch. Les responsables RH et relocation ne fournissent aucune information à ce sujet. Évaluations - L'évaluation n'est pas communiquée même après le mois où elle était censée être déclarée.

Depending on your manager, you may have a great experience or not so much.
Inconvénients
Although your hired as a fulltime employee, if you are in the United States, the client pool is very small and the contracts with the clients are short. So at the end of the day, it feels like your more of a contractor than a fulltime employee, because every few months your not sure if you will have a job or not.

My project was actually quite nice with lots of competent people and I was actually encouraged in my career path and promoted. The tasks were interesting and kept you engaged.
Inconvénients
Lack of leadership from the senior managers. Salary freezes. Every time you wanted a raise they came up with an excuse not to raise your salary. When I left they said they will raise my salary, so I told them to come up with an offer. I didn't receive it until today.

Avantages
Environnement dynamique – vous changerez probablement de projet toutes les quelques années et peut-être même plus souvent, selon les circonstances. Possibilité d'interagir avec de nombreuses technologies et personnes, de bénéficier d'une vaste expérience professionnelle à partir d'un seul emploi. J'étais très satisfait des avantages. Expérience globalement positive avec la direction et les collègues (en particulier la direction).
Inconvénients
Puisque vous serez Tier 1 ou Tier 2, vous serez bien plus vulnérable aux conditions du marché que dans les entreprises OEM. Changeant fréquemment de projet, vous n'aurez pas la possibilité de rester de nombreuses années avec la seule équipe que vous aimiez.

A lot of bureaucracy, and false promises, as I was promised a "tempo indeterminato", and they didn't fulfill their promise, and kept lying to me for more than 2 months, not professional at all in this regard.
