      none I can think of, it is a waste of life

      Inconvénients

      From my experience, Kaiko suffers from constant strategic shifts and a lack of clear rules for collaboration. There is a complete disconnect between the positive ethos promoted by the management, portraying the company as a “tribe”, and the reality of day-to-day operations. Unethical behavior is sometimes rewarded, communication from management is poor, and the overall work environment is toxic. For anyone seeking a professional, ethical, and supportive workplace, I would not recommend Kaiko.

      - Learning opportunities: A great learning opportunity, that allows you to work on a multitude of different projects and get exposure to different technologies and products. - CPO: As opposed to what's stated in a previous review, having worked with the CPO for a few years now, he has been super supportive to the team, he's available whenever he's needed and has shared the knowledge and experience that helped many transition into more senior positions. A great person to work with overall. - People are helpful and available to assist you.

      Inconvénients

      - Not an inconvenient per say, but just like in any company that is growing, there is a need to adapt and grow as an employee as well
