In Endava Chisinau, there are internships in various domains that are extremely demanding for novices, as other companies are very demanding in their internships base knowledge
Inconvénients
As this is a big company over 1000 employees only in Chisinau the career growth is slow and paid less than in smaller companies

- big Company with potential career opportunities - cozy office - friendly environment even for introvert…can ask for help any person and many chances to get help - even if you don’t know any technology stack, many persons and at least one who can show how to get job done

-bad management and not supportive - salary level lower than average on market - not having a project you’re low performer…the one that has, get in comfort zone and if you ask for rotation, again is not good - much talk-talk and little walk-walk

I was lucky to have a great team, and also - good benefits (like meal tickets, medical subscription, sports allowance, pizza days ugh), - many roles within the company (but you cannot transition from one to another, only if you have permission from the managers army, and this doesn't happen often :D - work volume is not that high, but when it is, is very stressful - you have plenty of time to do something else for yourself, if you don't feel already drawn by the system
Inconvénients
- lack of transparency between the teams that are collaborating - micromanagement - lack of career development, you'll need a lot of patience in order to actually grow in your role, or change it - lack of communication - small income, the salary can grow only once a year, but they are very stiff when it comes to this topic, and the growth is almost insignificant when you compare it to the inflation - benefits could be better, the meal tickets are only half of what they could actually offer

Great company with very skilled people, which you can learn from. The projects are managed properly and team distribution is right.
Inconvénients
If you're starting your first job at Endava, your salary will grow a bit slow. If you enter the company with experience, the salary will be good though.
