Avantages
-a lot of freedom -interesting projects for the agriculture of the global south -really nice for network building -possibility to move from one center of CGIAR to another
Inconvénients
-You have to find yourself the money to do the research -Projects are almost always defined by the donor, and thus goals and predefined -Lack of stability in the long run
